SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround
While we strive to ship your order out within our average time of 3-10 business days of purchase, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time to ship your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

Carriers
For each individual order, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, based on both value and speedy delivery. The carriers that
may be used are:

U.S. Postal Service (USPS),
United Parcel Service (UPS)
FedEx

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Striker Beverages LLC strives to provide each customer with a satisfactory experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and would like the opportunity to correct it.

Striker Beverages LLC is the only authorized seller of its products. Unauthorized sellers may arise, and we cannot guarantee that they maintain our high quality control standards for the products themselves and for storing and shipping our items. For that reason we unfortunately cannot offer our comprehensive return policy on purchases from such unauthorized resellers. If you have any problems with a product purchased from an unauthorized reseller, please contact us.

If, for any reason, your experience was less than satisfactory, please return your purchase within 5 calendar days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your money. If the product is damaged and or opened the return and refund will be denied. All returns must show proof of the product not damaged and show proof the product is not opened to be approved for the return or refund. Please contact us via email at [email protected] to arrange your return.

When emailing, please include your name, your order number, subject your inquiring about and any information that will help us address your concerns.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund pursuant to our Return and Refund Policy.
